   The problem is that when I switch  it on, the red light lights up and when I insert the card the red light goes off , and if I press switch 2 or switch 3 while card is inserted nothing happens, but if we press the switch 3 for about 2 seconds while card is inserted then the green light flashes four times and the red light turns on.

Without card inserted, if i press switch 2 then the green light turns on and the relay arms. 

Without card inserted, if i press switch 3 then the red light turns on.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS.         PLEASE……………………….
